The EBC S9 kit is designed for high-performance street driving and occasional track use. It features Yellowstuff GG-rated pads, which provide excellent cold bite and maintain high friction even under the heat of heavy braking. These pads are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise and include EBC’s patented Brake-In coating for rapid pad-to-rotor seating. Pairing these with USR series rotors provides the cooling benefits of a slotted design without the loud wind noise often associated with wider-slotted rotors.
