Fits 1980-1986 Jeep CJ5 and CJ7 models. These Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex body mounts are designed to replace distorted, worn-out factory rubber mounts to restore and maintain proper body-to-frame alignment.
Original rubber mounts are susceptible to cracking, crushing, and even falling off over time due to exposure and load. While solid aluminum mounts provide rigidity, they are often too harsh for street use and can lead to chassis fatigue. Energy’s Hyper-Flex™ polyurethane construction offers the ideal balance: rugged enough for demanding trails and tracks, yet compliant enough to provide a smooth ride for daily driving. Many kits include zinc-plated steel rings molded into the bushings for maximum durability and structural integrity.
- Replaces soft, crushed factory rubber to restore correct ride height
- Maintains critical cab-to-bed and body-to-frame alignment
