Fits 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax diesel engine.
The Exergy Performance Fuel Rail Plug is designed to replace the factory pressure relief valve (PRV) on the LML Duramax engine. This "race plug" prevents high-pressure fuel from leaking back into the return system, a common issue in high-performance or heavy-load applications where increased fuel rail pressure can exceed the factory valve's spring tension.
By installing this solid plug, you ensure that full rail pressure is maintained at the injectors, preventing the pressure drops and low-rail-pressure codes often caused by a fatigued or leaking OEM relief valve.
- Direct replacement for the factory M16x1.5 relief valve
