Engineered to reduce moment of inertia (MOI), the Fidanza 130221 aluminum flywheel delivers significantly faster throttle response and quicker acceleration by reducing rotating mass. This flywheel is 40% to 60% lighter than your factory unit, freeing up horsepower that would otherwise be spent spinning a heavy cast-iron component. The body is CNC-machined from high-grade 6061 T6 or 2024 T4 billet aluminum for superior strength and heat dissipation.

Designed for longevity and serviceability, this flywheel features a bolt-on replaceable friction plate made from 1050 steel. This allows for simple friction surface replacement during clutch changes without needing to resurface or replace the entire flywheel. The hardened 1050 steel ring gear is secured with military-spec fasteners to ensure reliability under high-RPM use.
