The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump is a high-performance, in-tank replacement designed to provide increased fuel flow and reliability without the complexities of traditional aftermarket systems. Featuring a dual gerotor pump design, this unit increases flow capacity enough to support up to 800 hp while offering redundant reliability. Unlike external pumps, the PowerFlo utilizes an active fill bucket, which eliminates the need for tank sumps or draw straws and prevents the common "1/4 tank" fuel starvation issues seen in modified diesel applications.
This pump is engineered for seamless integration, retaining your factory water-in-fuel (WIF) sensor, fuel heaters, and fuel lines for a clean, OEM-style installation. For those running custom setups, the pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings (3/4"-16 thread), making it compatible with aftermarket fuel lines and filtration systems.
