Developed through a partnership with Borla, the Ford Racing Active Sport Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to enhance the acoustics and flow of the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. This system is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance and features 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing to minimize backpressure. Unlike many aftermarket options, this system is designed to retain the factory active exhaust control functionality, utilizing an integrated 2.5-inch valve to maintain driver-selectable sound modes.
The system features a dual rear exit design with 4-inch chrome-plated stainless steel tips that are embossed with the Ford logo for a refined finish. It includes warp-free flanges for a leak-free seal and is designed to bolt directly to the factory mounting points, ensuring a precise fit without the need for custom fabrication.
