The Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP Coilover Shock (983-02-087) is engineered to enhance your vehicle's off-road capability while maintaining superior on-road comfort. This bolt-on solution provides 0 to 1.5 inches of lift, allowing for increased ground clearance and larger tire fitment. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and ensuring consistent, fade-resistant performance across rough terrain.
Constructed with a 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body, this coilover dissipates heat four times faster than traditional steel shocks. The clear-anodized finish provides a durable layer of protection against corrosion. Each unit features a race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and heat-treated Teflon-lined spherical bearings for a quiet, connected ride with reduced body roll.
