The Fox 2.0 Performance Series remote reservoir shock absorber delivers enhanced ride quality and the heat-dissipating capabilities required for intensive off-road use. The 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body is designed to dissipate heat significantly faster than conventional steel, while the external reservoir system increases oil and nitrogen capacity for consistent, fade-free damping during long-duration cycling. Inside, a race-developed high-flow piston and application-specific valving provide a predictable, connected feel that reduces vehicle sway and improves control on various terrains.

This smooth-body shock features an internal floating piston (IFP) to keep the high-pressure nitrogen gas separate from the shock oil, preventing aeration and ensuring the valving performs exactly as intended. The assembly includes CNC-machined black anodized aluminum components and a dedicated reservoir mounting clamp.
