The Fox 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP HTO shock is engineered to provide superior damping and heat management for lifted Jeep Wrangler JL applications. Utilizing a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body, this shock dissipates heat four times faster than traditional steel-body shocks while remaining highly resistant to corrosion with its Type II clear-anodized finish.

Equipped with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate the oil from the high-pressure nitrogen charge, this shock eliminates oil aeration for consistent, fade-free performance on the trail. The specialized Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston provides a controlled cushion during full suspension extension, preventing harsh mechanical topping and protecting internal components. Every unit is fully rebuildable and re-tunable to suit specific driving needs.
