The Fox 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP HTO shock provides professional-grade damping for the Jeep Gladiator platform. Engineered to maximize off-road capability by extending drop-out travel, these shocks feature Fox's Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston to cushion the end of the extension stroke and prevent harsh bottoming. The 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum bodies dissipate heat significantly faster than conventional steel, ensuring consistent, fade-resistant performance on the trail.

Equipped with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP), these shocks isolate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This separation eliminates oil aeration, allowing the high-flow velocity-sensitive damping to provide predictable control and reduced vehicle sway. The assembly is built for durability with a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shaft and a Type II clear-anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance.
