The FOX 2.0 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP (Internal Floating Piston) rear shock provides increased off-road capability and on-road comfort. This shock utilizes the latest in damping technology, featuring a 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 clear-anodized aluminum body that dissipates heat four times faster than conventional steel shocks. The internal floating piston design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and providing fade-resistant performance across varied terrain.
This shock is 100% serviceable and tunable, built with race-developed components including a hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft and Teflon-lined, heat-treated spherical bearings for maximum durability. The redundant sealing system ensures long-lasting performance in harsh environments.
