The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP (Internal Floating Piston) shock is engineered to improve off-road damping while maintaining predictable on-road handling. The 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body provides superior heat dissipation compared to traditional steel, reducing shock fade during heavy use. Inside, the internal floating piston architecture physically separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent valving performance regardless of the terrain.

Designed for durability in harsh environments, this shock features black-anodized, CNC-machined aluminum components and a race-developed high-flow piston. The redundant sealing system helps protect the internal components from debris and moisture, making it a reliable solution for heavy-duty towing or trail use.
