The Fox Factory Series 3.0 Internal Bypass Front Coilover Set delivers race-proven damping technology to the 2017-2018 Ford Raptor. These shocks utilize a patented internal bypass design, allowing for position-sensitive damping that provides a plush ride in the central "ride zone" while ramping up force at the end of the stroke to prevent harsh bottoming. The 3.0-inch diameter zinc-plated seamless alloy bodies offer increased oil capacity for superior heat management during aggressive off-road use.
Equipped with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters, these coilovers allow you to fine-tune high-speed and low-speed compression independently to account for vehicle load, terrain, and driving style. The remote reservoirs are connected via ORB O-ring port fittings for a reliable seal and efficient heat dissipation.
- Bore Size: 3.0-inch diameter bodies with 7.9-inch travel
- Shaft Material: 17-4 H900 stainless steel, 7/8-inch diameter with redundant sealing system
- Adjustability: Dual Speed Compression (DSC) high and low-speed external adjusters
- Construction: Black anodized CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum components
- Bearings: Teflon-lined heat-treated spherical bearings
