The GFB WGA Wastegate Actuator (MPN 7305) delivers precise boost management for the Subaru WRX STI platform. Utilizing an industry-first Silicone/Nomex diaphragm with a specialized bead retention design, this actuator achieves a large effective area within a compact diameter. This provides maximum control authority over the wastegate flap for faster spool-up and stable boost pressure across the RPM range.
Engineered for high-performance applications, the WGA features an 18mm rod stroke—the longest available for internal actuators—allowing it to manage large wastegate ports or provide extended preload range. The turnbuckle adjustment system allows you to fine-tune base boost pressure in minutes without removing the actuator or swapping springs. Note: This product requires a vehicle-specific engine recalibration (tune) for safe operation.
- Spring Pressure: Includes 3 stainless steel springs for combinations ranging from 5psi to 22psi.
- Premium Construction: PEEK encapsulated spherical rod guide offers superior wear resistance and low-friction movement.
