Fits 2006 Audi R8 models (Excl. CCM). This GiroDisc 2-piece slotted rear rotor system is engineered to upgrade braking performance by increasing the rotor diameter to 380mm. The slotted surface design effectively evacuates brake dust, gases, and heat, providing a more consistent pedal feel and reducing brake fade during high-performance use.
This kit (MPN A2-050) includes the required spacers to relocate the factory calipers for the larger rotor size. The 2-piece construction utilizes a high-carbon iron rotor ring bolted to a lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum hat. This floating design reduces unsprung weight and allows for better thermal expansion, preventing the rotor warping common in heavy-duty applications.
