Fits select 1990-2006 Eagle Talon, Mitsubishi Eclipse, Galant VR-4, Lancer Evolution, and Plymouth Laser models equipped with the 4G63 engine.
GSC Power-Division manganese bronze valve guides are engineered as a high-performance replacement for worn factory components. These guides are manufactured from a proprietary manganese bronze alloy, providing superior heat dissipation and lower friction compared to standard cast iron or OEM guides. This material choice is critical for high-RPM and turbocharged applications where valve stem heat must be efficiently transferred to the cylinder head to prevent seizing or accelerated wear.
The "stopper style" design features an integrated shoulder to ensure precise installation depth every time, eliminating the guesswork during the machining process. These intake guides are held to extremely tight tolerances to provide a consistent fit for 4G63 valve stems, ensuring proper valve seating and long-term reliability of the valvetrain.
