Fits select 1990-2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse/Lancer Evolution/Galant VR-4, Eagle Talon, and Plymouth Laser models equipped with the 4G63T engine.
The GSC Power-Division Stage 1 Beehive Valve Springs (MPN 5039) are engineered to improve valvetrain stability and handle the increased demands of performance camshafts. These springs utilize a beehive design, which reduces the moving mass of the spring and provides better harmonic dampening compared to traditional cylindrical springs. This results in a valvetrain that can safely sustain higher RPMs without the risk of valve float.
Designed as a direct-fit upgrade, these Stage 1 springs are specifically manufactured to work with your engine's factory retainers and spring seats, simplifying the installation process while providing a significant boost in reliability over aged OE components.
