H&R Sport Springs are the premier suspension upgrade for the W447 Mercedes-Benz Metris, designed to deliver a lower center of gravity and improved handling characteristics without sacrificing daily drivability. By reducing the unsightly fender well gap, these springs provide a more aggressive stance and a streamlined profile that helps reduce wind resistance.
Each spring is precision-engineered in Germany using high-tensile 54SiCr6 spring steel. To ensure long-term durability and performance, every spring is shot-peened to increase service life and block set to its final height so they will not sag over time. The progressive spring rate design ensures that ride quality remains comfortable during normal cruising while becoming firmer under load to significantly reduce body roll during cornering.
