The Hellwig 7254 rear sway bar is an essential suspension upgrade for Sprinter 3500 owners managing heavy loads or frequent towing. By replacing the undersized factory sway bar with a larger 1.5-inch solid bar, this kit significantly reduces body roll and improves lateral stability. The result is better handling through corners and more predictable vehicle behavior in crosswinds or heavy-haul conditions.
Each bar is manufactured from high-strength, solid heat-treated chromoly steel for maximum torsional stiffness and durability. The bolt-on design allows for straightforward installation using basic tools and factory mounting points where applicable.
