The HKS Super SQV 4 (Sequential Blow Off Valve) features a unique sequential valve structure and a differential pressure relief system to provide superior boost control across a wide range of pressures. Unlike typical push-type blow off valves, the SQV 4 utilizes a pull-type relief design, ensuring the valve remains closed under boost and only opens when the throttle is lifted, preventing leaks and improving throttle response.
- Sequential Valve Construction: Employs a primary and secondary valve system to ensure rapid response at low boost and high flow capacity at high boost levels.
- Pull-Type Relief Design: Pressure is used to pull the valve open against the seat, preventing premature opening or boost leaks even at extreme pressures.
- High-Rigidity Body: Manufactured with a die-cast aluminum body and a nickel-plated secondary valve for long-term durability and heat resistance.
- Signature Triple Fin Sound: Includes the HKS Triple Fin design to produce the iconic SQV discharge sound.
