The Hotchkis Sport Suspension tubular sway bar set (MPN: 22825) is engineered to significantly reduce body roll and sharpen steering response on the E46 chassis. By utilizing lightweight, high-strength tubular steel, this set provides increased roll stiffness without the weight penalty of solid bars, making it an ideal upgrade for both spirited street driving and track days.
This kit features a 30.2mm 3-way adjustable front bar and a 25.4mm 2-way adjustable rear bar, allowing for precise chassis tuning. Hotchkis includes specialized adapter plates for the rear bushing brackets, which replace the weak OE tabbed brackets with heavy-duty standard-style brackets. This design incorporates zerk fittings for easy lubrication and adds critical strength to the rear subframe mounting points.
- Front Sway Bar: 30.2mm (1 3/16 in.) hollow, 3-way adjustable
- Rear Sway Bar: 25.4mm (1 in.) hollow, 2-way adjustable
- Front Spring Rates: 470, 540, and 630 lbs/in
