The ICON Front 6-Inch Progressive Leaf Spring Pack is engineered to significantly improve the ride quality and handling of your Ford Super Duty or Excursion. Unlike standard heavy-duty leaf packs that can feel harsh on the street, this system utilizes a progressive rate design. The thin multi-leaf construction allows for more compliance over small chatter and road irregularities while maintaining the structural integrity required for 6 inches of lift and off-road use.
By utilizing multiple thin leaves instead of a few thick ones, this pack distributes stress more evenly across the spring, which effectively reduces spring fatigue and prevents the common front-end sagging seen in factory or lower-grade aftermarket springs.
