The ICON Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System transforms the front suspension of your 2017-2023 Ford Super Duty from a traditional coil and shock setup to a high-performance coilover configuration. This system is engineered to provide 2.5-3" or 3.25-3.75" of lift (depending on year and trim) while significantly improving damping and control on rough terrain, construction sites, and highways. The heart of the Stage 3 system is the 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks, which provide increased oil volume for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping during heavy use or towing.

To ensure proper suspension geometry, ICON includes an adjustable front track bar with a massive FK rod end for precise axle centering and alignment cams to correct caster. The rear is upgraded with leaf spring expansion packs, which replace factory blocks to provide a more compliant ride and reduce axle wrap under load.
