The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 suspension system provides a comprehensive performance upgrade for the 2024-2025 Tacoma, delivering 1.25-3 inches of adjustable front lift and 0.5 inches of rear lift. This system centers on CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) designed to correct front-end geometry and allow for on-vehicle caster and camber adjustments. These UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint Pro, providing 90 degrees of total articulation to ensure full bump and droop travel without binding.
Damping is handled by vehicle-specific tuned coilovers and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks, which offer improved cooling for consistent performance. The included triple-rate rear coil springs deliver a plush initial ride while providing a firm overload rate for bottoming resistance. This kit also includes a front differential drop to maintain optimal CV joint angles on 4WD models while maximizing available wheel travel.
