The Injen IS Series Performance Short Ram Intake (IS1471P) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air box with a high-flow mandrel-bent T6-6061 aluminum intake tube. This system provides a smooth, uninterrupted path for high-velocity airflow, resulting in improved throttle response and an aggressive engine tone under acceleration. Each kit is precision-tested to maintain safe air/fuel (A/F) ratios across the entire powerband without requiring any additional ECU tuning.
This performance kit includes Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which utilizes a specialized media to provide increased surface area for better airflow and superior filtration efficiency. Because it is a dry filter, it requires no oiling and is fully serviceable. Hand-crafted in Pomona, California, the IS1471P features a high-luster polished finish and is designed for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
