Upgrade your turbocharged Ford Focus ST with the Injen SES Intercooler Pipe Kit. This performance system replaces restrictive factory piping with high-flow, 2.50-inch mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. By smoothing out transitions and increasing internal volume, this kit effectively decreases turbo lag, improves throttle response, and lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) for more consistent power delivery.
Engineered for long-term durability, the piping features beaded tube ends to prevent coupler blow-off under high boost conditions. The kit includes Injen’s automotive-grade silicone couplers, which offer superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone. For a secure and leak-free seal, the system utilizes premium stainless steel band clamps equipped with inner protective liners to safeguard the silicone.
- Includes both hot-side and cold-side intercooler pipes
- Manufactured from 2.50-inch lightweight 6061-T6 mandrel-bent aluminum
