The Injen SP Series cold air intake (SP5040BLK) is a high-performance induction system specifically tuned for the 1.4L Turbo Dodge Dart. Constructed from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum, this system utilizes Injen’s patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to precisely tune the intake tract. This ensures the engine receives optimal airflow while maintaining safe Air/Fuel ratios across the entire power band, providing dyno-proven gains of up to 9 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque without requiring a custom tune. The versatile design also allows the system to be converted into a Short Ram Intake (SRI).

This kit features the Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter (X-1049-BB), which uses a proprietary synthetic media to provide superior filtration and airflow without the need for filter oil. The intake system is finished in a durable black coating and includes heavy-duty stainless steel band clamps for a secure, leak-free installation to factory mounting points.
