The Injen SP Series short ram intake is a performance-tuned air induction system engineered to maximize airflow for the 1.6L turbo engine. Utilizing Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies, this system is precision-tuned to maintain safe air-to-fuel ratios while delivering dyno-proven gains of up to 10 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque. The intake features CNC-mandrel bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing to provide a smooth, unrestricted path for incoming air, significantly improving throttle response and producing an aggressive engine tone under full throttle.
This kit includes an application-specific heat shield designed to isolate the intake from ambient engine bay heat, ensuring cooler, denser air reaches the turbocharger. It comes equipped with a fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which offers high-flow surface area and superior filtration without the maintenance requirements of oiled filters.
