The Injen RD Series cold air intake (CAI) is engineered for enthusiasts seeking to optimize airflow and engine efficiency. By positioning the air filter outside the engine compartment, this system draws in cooler, denser air compared to factory setups, resulting in improved throttle response and a more aggressive engine tone. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted path for high-velocity airflow while maintaining safe air-fuel (A/F) ratios without the need for custom tuning.
