The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 addresses a critical issue in modern PCV systems: oil vapor contamination. As crankcase pressure vents back into your intake tract, oil vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, eventually diluting your fuel's octane level and causing carbon buildup on valves. This system effectively intercepts those vapors before they reach your intake.

Constructed from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a multistage filtration system. It uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process forces vapors to coalesce into larger droplets that settle in the 3 oz reservoir. The tank includes a knurled base for easy removal during service and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free vacuum.
