Fits 2017-2019 Ford Escape SE, SEL, and Titanium (1.5L EcoBoost).
The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 protects your 1.5L EcoBoost engine by intercepting oil vapors before they reach the intake manifold. In forced-induction systems, increased crankcase pressure forces oil mist through the PCV system, which can coat intake runners and effectively lower your fuel's octane rating. This 3oz capacity separator prevents that buildup, ensuring cleaner combustion and long-term intake health.
This unit is CNC-milled from solid billet aluminum and features a durable black anodized finish. The multi-stage filtration system uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to consolidate remaining droplets. The knurled tank base allows for tool-free removal during maintenance intervals, while the included quick-connect PCV fittings ensure a factory-style installation.
