The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 protects your Kia Stinger's intake tract from the oil vapors naturally produced by crankcase pressure venting. In high-pressure forced induction systems like the 3.3L Twin Turbo, these vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, leading to carbon buildup and reduced fuel octane levels. This passenger-side kit captures those vapors before they reach the combustion chamber.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, the separator features a knurled tank base for effortless removal and a high-quality O-ring seal to prevent vacuum leaks. The multistage filtration process uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap oil mist, which then passes through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. As droplets grow and become heavy enough, they fall into the 3oz reservoir for later disposal.
