Protect your intake tract from oil vapor contamination with the J&L 3.0 Oil Separator. During crankcase pressure venting, oil vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, diluting your fuel and effectively lowering its octane rating. This problem is particularly common in turbocharged applications where crankcase pressures are higher. The J&L 3.0 catch can captures these vapors before they reach the combustion chamber.

CNC milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a multistage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen and then through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process forces the oil to coalesce and drop into the 3-ounce reservoir. The knurled tank base allows for easy tool-free removal during maintenance, and the O-ring seal ensures a leak-free vacuum connection. This kit includes factory-style quick-connect PCV fittings for a straightforward installation.
