The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator (3024D-B) is engineered to prevent oil vapor from contaminating your 5.0L Coyote engine's intake tract. During the PCV cycle, oil vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, eventually diluting your fuel and lowering its effective octane level. This driver-side separator intercepts those vapors, protecting your engine from buildup and performance loss.

Milled from solid billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, this kit is built for durability and precision. The internal multi-stage filtration system uses a fine-mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to coalesce the remaining oil. The collected oil drops into a 3oz reservoir, which features a knurled base for easy removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free system.
