Protect your engine from power-robbing oil vapor with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0. During normal operation, crankcase pressure is vented back into your intake track, carrying oil vapors that can coat intake manifold runners and dilute your fuel's octane level. This is particularly problematic on forced-induction 3.5L engines where increased crankcase pressure accelerates buildup.

The J&L 3.0 is CNC-milled from solid billet aluminum for maximum durability. It features a sophisticated multistage filtration system: a fine mesh stainless steel screen traps initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter where droplets coalesce and fall into the reservoir. The tank features a knurled base for tool-free removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free vacuum. Installation is straightforward thanks to factory-style quick-connect PCV fittings.
