Fits select 2023-2026 Ford Bronco Sport, Escape, and Maverick, and Lincoln Corsair and Nautilus models equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine.

During the combustion process, crankcase pressure is vented back through your intake tract. This pressure carries oil vapors that can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, eventually diluting your fuel and lowering its effective octane level. The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is engineered to intercept these vapors before they reach the intake, maintaining engine performance and reducing long-term carbon buildup.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this rock-solid component features a multistage filtration system. Vapors are first caught by a fine mesh stainless steel screen before passing through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This allows the oil to coalesce into larger droplets that fall into the 3oz reservoir, while clean air continues to the intake.
