JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are a direct-replacement performance upgrade designed to replace restrictive factory exhaust manifolds. Engineered specifically for 2003-2013 GM 6.0L LS-based engines without EGR, these headers improve exhaust scavaging to increase horsepower and torque across the RPM range. The silver ceramic coating provides an attractive finish while acting as a thermal barrier to reduce under-hood temperatures and protect surrounding components.

Each header is constructed from mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing to maintain consistent diameter and flow. JBA’s proprietary Firecone collector technology utilizes a race-proven design to merge exhaust pulses efficiently.
