Fits 2004-2010 Ford F-150 and 2006-2008 Lincoln Mark LT (5.4L 3V) models. These JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are a direct performance upgrade for restrictive factory cast-iron manifolds, significantly improving exhaust scavenging and engine efficiency.
Constructed from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-5/8 inch primaries designed to withstand the thermal stress of towing, racing, and daily transit. The proprietary JBA Firecone collector utilizes race-proven technology to maximize torque and horsepower gains throughout the RPM range. For a reliable, leak-free seal, the headers are built with 3/8-inch thick machined flanges and extra-thick collector domes to prevent warping under high heat.

- 3/8 inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports
