JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are engineered to replace restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with a high-flow, mandrel-bent solution. Built from durable 409 stainless steel, these headers are designed to withstand the thermal stress of heavy towing and daily driving. The proprietary JBA Firecone collector uses race-proven technology to improve exhaust scavenging, resulting in increased torque and power in the mid-to-high RPM range where truck owners need it most.

Each header features heavy-duty 3/8-inch thick machined flanges to prevent warping and ensure a proper seal against the cylinder head. The oversized exhaust ports accommodate high-flow requirements, while factory-style emission connections allow for a direct-replacement installation using the included high-quality hardware.
