JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are a direct-fit performance upgrade designed to replace restrictive factory exhaust manifolds. By reducing backpressure, these headers improve engine efficiency and increase power output across the entire RPM range. Each set is manufactured from durable 409 stainless steel to withstand the high temperatures and stresses of towing, off-roading, and daily use.

These headers feature 1-1/2 inch mandrel-bent primary tubes and JBA’s proprietary Firecone collector, which uses race-proven geometry to optimize exhaust scavenging. The 3/8-inch thick machined flanges are designed with oversized ports to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal. To maintain vehicle compliance, these headers include factory-style emission connections for a straightforward installation.
