The K&N 69-1207TR Typhoon air intake system is a performance-engineered induction system featuring a mandrel-bent aluminum tube designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. By smoothing and straightening the airflow path, this system allows the engine to inhale a larger volume of cooler, denser air, improving throttle response and power throughout the RPM range.

This kit includes a high-flow air filter with a black rubber top, designed to be washable and reusable for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required. For added protection in various driving conditions, the system comes with a water-repellent DryCharger filter wrap. The mandrel-bent tubing features a textured red finish for durability and engine bay aesthetics, and the entire system can typically be installed in 90 minutes or less.
