The K&N 57 Series Performance Air Intake Kit (MPN: 57-3037) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. By utilizing a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases airflow volume and velocity to the engine, providing a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. The oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter is constructed from oiled cotton media and is designed for up to 100,000 miles of use between cleanings under normal highway conditions.
This kit includes a custom heat shield to isolate the filter from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler air charge. Designed for a straightforward installation, the system typically bolts on in less than 90 minutes using factory mounting points.
