The K&N 57-1546 Performance Intake Kit is engineered to reduce intake restriction by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This system features a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube designed to increase the volume of airflow to your engine, resulting in a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. The kit includes an oversized conical High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media that provides excellent filtration while allowing for service intervals up to 100,000 miles under normal highway conditions.

To maintain lower intake air temperatures, a custom heat shield is included to isolate the filter from the heat of the engine bay. This complete bolt-on system is designed for a straightforward installation that typically takes less than 90 minutes using standard hand tools.
