The K&N 63-9029 AirCharger Performance Intake is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air box and intake tubing to provide a smoother, higher volume of airflow to the engine. At the core of this system is a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube that maintains air velocity while reducing turbulence. By insulating the intake charge from engine bay heat with a custom-fit heat shield, this system ensures cooler, denser air reaches the throttle body for improved combustion efficiency.

This intake utilizes a conical, oversized K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. This design provides exceptional filtration and a high service interval of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. The entire kit is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade and can typically be installed in under 90 minutes using standard hand tools.
