The K&N 69-8005TWR Typhoon performance intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. By reducing airflow restriction and smoothing the intake path, this system allows your engine to breathe more efficiently. The intake features a durable wrinkle red powder-coated finish and includes a custom-fit heat shield to protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures.
- Mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube ensures consistent diameter for optimized airflow
- Equipped with an oversized K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring washable oiled cotton media
- Filter lasts up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required under normal driving conditions
- Direct bolt-on design installs in approximately 90 minutes using factory mounting points
- Complete kit includes intake tube, filter, heat shield, and all necessary hardware
