The K&N 69 Series Typhoon Performance Intake System is designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve airflow and engine sound. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube engineered to provide a smooth path for air to reach the engine, reducing turbulence and restriction. It includes an oversized, washable High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media that provides excellent filtration and can last up to 100,000 miles between services under standard highway conditions.

To maintain lower intake air temperatures, the kit features a vehicle-specific heat shield that isolates the filter from the heat of the engine bay. The entire system is engineered to bolt directly into factory mounting points for a reliable fitment without the need for custom fabrication.
