The K&N AirCharger Performance Intake system is designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve airflow and throttle response. This system features a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube, which increases the volume and velocity of air delivered to your engine. By providing a more direct path to the throttle body, this intake reduces turbulence and helps optimize engine performance.
This kit includes an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter made from washable, reusable oiled cotton media. The filter is engineered to provide superior filtration while maintaining high airflow, and it can go up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required under normal highway driving conditions. A custom-fit heat shield is included to protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser air charge.
