The K&N AirCharger Performance Intake Kit (63-3516) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve engine efficiency and power. This system features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube designed to increase airflow volume, providing a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. The included custom heat shield helps protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser oxygen charge.
Equipped with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media, this system is built for longevity. The oversized conical design allows for service intervals of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. The entire system is designed for a bolt-on installation that can typically be completed in less than 90 minutes.
