The K&N 63-2605 AirCharger performance intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing to provide a smoother, higher-volume airflow path to your engine. The system features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) intake tube designed to increase airflow and optimize the engine's intake charge for improved power delivery. To combat heat soak, a custom-designed heat shield isolates the air filter from the high temperatures of the engine bay, ensuring cooler air reaches the throttle body.
This system includes an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. The washable, reusable filter can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process that typically takes less than 90 minutes using standard tools.
