The K&N Typhoon Performance Air Intake System is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to replace your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. By smoothing and straightening the airflow path, this system allows your engine to inhale a larger volume of air for improved performance. The system includes a custom heat shield to protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler air charge.
Each kit features a K&N High-Flow Air Filter with washable, reusable oiled cotton media. This oversized conical filter is engineered to provide excellent filtration and can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. Designed for a straightforward installation, this system typically bolts onto factory mounting points in under 90 minutes.
